Welcome to our website! We are a Christian family owned business founded in 1988 in Brighton, Michigan. Though our family has been rooted in this community since 1968, we have much more automotive experience beyond those years.

Our history in the automotive field originates from our grandfather, Thomas, who came to Detroit in 1954 to work for the Ford Motor Company Transmission Plant. We have transmissions in the blood for over 4 generations! Grandpa is now over 90 years old and still drops in the shop for a cup of coffee.

Our business background starts in the Detroit Metropolitan area where the second generation owned and operated M&F Auto Service and A-Plus Transmissions for nearly 18 years. Because of a love for this area and community, we made the decision to build a business close to home to serve the people who have become our family and friends. At A-Plus Transmission, the third and fourth generations are now working hard to carry on our family's reputation of integrity!

Through the years our industry has changed significantly, yet we have kept up and ahead of the times. We are commited to quality and the highest Christian business ethics.
